Based in Cork City, Employabilty Services Cork supports people with
disabilities to secure and maintain employment.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Review and reconcile accounts
* Credit Control and Payments
* Maintain updated records of invoices and receipts
* Process Monthly payroll
* Support team of Job Coaches and office staff
* Prioritise effectively and coordinate requests to support the
smooth running of the office.
* Work closely with the team and report to Office Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
* Administrator/Accounts experience
* Highly organised with an ability to work effectively in high
pressure situations.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* PC skills including Excel, word, ROS, Sage accounting packages.
* Be willing to get involved where needed, responding efficiently to
change.
* Forward planning and able to anticipate needs.
* Experience prioritizing multiple projects in a fast paced and
dynamic environment.
* Self-driven; must possess an aptitude to work independently.
* Other duties as dictated by the needs of the organisation
Salary will be dependent on experience and subject to funding.
